    Region N

    This region has spent some time in the news in 2022. Today demand already exceeds supply. Municipalities, manufacturing, and mining will suffer the greatest impacts. New sources of water are needed to continue vibrant economic growth. In 2011 this area lost a lot of the water that it counted on as being available due to changing modeling and a new drought of record data. A $3 billion dollar investment is needed to reset the equation to meet demand over the next 50 years.
