    Interesting location. It’s more than 90 percent rural with some large population centers. This is largely rural region reflects rural areas throughout Texas where existing supplies are maxed out. Demand is more than existing supplies—today! All sectors need more water. The necessary investment is an eye-bugging $1.5 billion dollars (yes, with a b). These rural communities need significant technical assistance to get the water they need in the future.
