    Region C

    In the eyes of people outside of Texas, Region C is a key component of Texas' identity. The region already has water demands that exceed supply. The deficit will grow between 2030 and 2070. Municipal water supply demand is growing with the population as is steam power generation and industrial demand. According to the region, $29 billion in investment is needed to meet demand.
